The Westin Grand Cayman Island Wedding | Landon & Griffin

Last week, I had the pleasure of joining Landon and Griffin in PARADISE!! We flew to The Grand Cayman Islands along with 12 other members of their family to watch Landon and Griffin say I do at the beautiful Westin Grand Cayman. This wasn’t the first time I met Landon, in fact, I’ve known her and her family for YEARS!!

I met Landon during her Junior year in High School – and since then I have captured her senior portraits, her prom pictures, and even had her as Cam’s babysitter over the last few years…so it was no shocker when she asked if I would photograph her and Griffin’s wedding in the Cayman’s I was THRILLED!! I have literally watched her grow up and become the beautiful, wonderful person she is today. I was beyond honored and floored.

It was at my first meeting with Landon, that I met her adorable beau Griffin as well. From the moment I met him I could see how much he loved her, and I can honestly say, I’ve never seen anything like it. He adores her in a way that I cannot describe. Her mere being makes him happy. The way he looks at her, how he takes care of her, from the second we met – I knew it was a matter of time before he proposed.

Our day started with Landon getting beautified by Jackie Soriano and her gorgeous cousin Caroline. As she sipped Cayman Lemonade, we all watched in awe of how gorgeously happy she looked. The day was here. She was marrying her very best friend and soul mate. Foregoing the first look with Griffin, she decided she wanted to do a first look with her dad – and boy are we happy she did. You see, the night before, she asked her father if he thought he would be emotional seeing her as a bride and he laughed it off as not a chance – well, he could not have be ANY more wrong!! His reaction was PRICELESS!!! He was overwhelmed with emotion and Landon got her tears!

Once 5:30 hit, it was go time!! Landon walked down to her forever arm in arm with her father to the sound of steel drums. Griffin could not contain the tears, nor anyone else! They promised their forevers and sealed it with a kiss. Landon and Griffin officially because Mr. & Mrs. Stevens in their favorite setting – The Grand Cayman Islands overlooking the ocean.

The rest of the night was full of love and laughter. We dined on the most delicious cuisine, danced the night away and toasted the gorgeous Mr. and Mrs. Stevens. It was a dream wedding, with a dream couple and I am so grateful to have been there. I cannot wait to see where their love takes them – because there truly is no limit for these two!!
